The Georgia department of health Nurse Aide registry is playing an important role in keeping people of Georgia healthy. The Georgia department of health is known as Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) which was formed in the year 1999. It serves as the lead agency for health care planning in Georgia. The DCH was formed by General assembly and included four agencies to monitor purchasing, planning and regulating health care.
The Department of Community Health was designated as single state agency for Medicaid. Another important department managing health of Georgia is Department of Public Health (DPH). DPH is the lead division bonded with trust by the people of Georgia and it carries an important responsibility for the health of the entire population. The DPH is divided into number of branches, sections, programs and offices at the state level. And at the local level, DPH is works in 18 health districts and 159 county health departments.
The other important part of Georgia’s health department is the Nurse Aide registry.
