Any person or individual, who have successfully completed Certified Nurse Assistant Training is known as certified nursing aide. Such personnel works under the supervision of certified nurse and is a very important part of medical team in any hospital or nursing home. The certified nursing assistant bears the responsibility of offering day to day health care, bed care and nursing of the bed side patients.

Certified Nursing Assistant course can be completed by attending classroom regularly or online but, laboratory and clinical experiences require on-site attendance. Different States have separate systems for training and courses, as per the approval of federal requirements.

There are many schools and technical colleges, offering Nurse Aide Training Programs in Montana. But all institutes providing CNA training should be approved by the state of Montana. Any individual employed as nurse aide should become certified within four months of the hiring and it is applicable all over the state. Any person can be employed by long term care facility but should complete CNA program and pass state examination within 4 months of employment.

The students in Montana have the option to get their competency evaluated even without completing the CNA training course, provided the person is competent enough with due knowledge and skill to pass the nurse aide examination. But if the individual is not able to clear the exam first time, then he/she will have to complete the state approved CNA training course before reappearing for the Certified Nursing Aide examination second time.
