What are the Exact Duties of a CNA?

Working as a Nursing Assistant you must be a quick observant because you may happen to come across some emergencies sometimes, where you must be aware what to do. Code of behavior for different functions and emergencies may differ by the locale, organization and state you reside in. CNA’s vital duties are basically a slice of the overall Medicare wrap up, which is designed keeping in mind the vital needs and requirements of your patients.
High attrition rate is the main cause behind the short fall of qualified CNA staff, which has become a world-wide problem now. This issue is occurring regularly because of the strenuous schedule and work pressure in this job.
