After the completion of your course and exam of the certified nursing assistant, you get a license issued by your state. Select your state from the drop-down list on the home page and click “Go.” This site enables you to search the database either by name, certification number or Social Security number. This way the site will pull up the records on the screen. After locating your records you can give a click on your certification number to get your CNA information accessed.

You can get the copy of your records in print from the site or can ask for a copy from the state licensing department that is department of health and once you receive the copy make sure that you get a photocopy of that to keep a backup.
