CNA Exam in Nevada
To get the certification as CNA, a nursing aide should complete state and federal approved CNA Nursing Training programs of the Nevada State Board of Nursing (NSBN), which include classroom learning and clinical trainings. The successful completion of CNA training program makes a student eligible to sit for the competent evaluation test and certification, which facilitates listing with NSBN.
In Nevada, NSBN has contracted with Prometric to develop and regulate the competency evaluation exam. The candidate can enquire about the exam with the NSBN or testing site, after three weeks of sending of the application form.
