A Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Nurse Aide is a person, who helps the patients with their daily living activities and offers them basic nursing cares.  CNA works under the supervision and guidance of Registered Nurses. A nurse aid or CNA needs to attend state approved nurse aide training programs, which stretches for 85 hours trainings. These schools are offering day and night classes which any person can join as per their convenience. The fees paid by the person for the programs are utilized for necessities like uniforms, stethoscope, workbook, which are needed by the new entrants for the training course duration. These courses are Georgia State approved CNA curriculum and are for total 85 hours tutorial trainings hours.

The student has to attend not only classroom lectures but should also attend clinical, hands-on experiences for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours. Theses state approved CNA training schools are duly authorized to conduct CNA certification test on-site. The examination fee for the CNA certification test is $ 107.
